Upfront Quote Policy: The Number Before The Wrench
We quote the job before we start it. If something changes once we're under the hood, we call and tell you before doing anything that changes the price.
Every price below is a real range we quote against, not a teaser number that turns into something else once we're standing at your car. What moves you within a range: parts grade you choose, how hard the part is to access on your specific vehicle, and whether more than one issue turns up once we start looking.

How We Quote
On a diagnostic call, you pay the diagnostic fee first, and that fee comes off the repair cost if you hire us the same visit. On a straightforward job where you already know what's needed, brakes, a battery, a starter, we quote the job over the phone based on your vehicle's make, model, and year, then confirm it on-site before starting once we've actually looked at the part.
Payment
We take cash, card, and Zelle. No personal checks.
Parts
We install quality aftermarket parts matched to your vehicle's factory specifications by default. If you want a specific brand or an OEM part, tell us when you call and we'll quote that instead.
Common Questions
Is the diagnostic fee separate from the repair cost?
The diagnostic fee is waived and rolled into the repair cost if you hire us for the fix during that same visit. If you decide not to move forward, you just pay the diagnostic fee.
Do you charge a trip fee to come out?
No separate trip fee inside our normal coverage ring around Killeen, Harker Heights, and Copperas Cove. Confirm your address when you call.
What if the job costs more once you're there?
We call and tell you before doing any work beyond what was quoted. You decide whether to proceed at the new price, not us.
